To realize its vision, the Centre provides specialized services in Curriculum Delivery, Library Services, Guidance and Counselling, Research and Publications, Development of Education Instructional Materials, Teacher Development, and Mentoring, Community Education Services, Examinations, Admissions, and Certification.

The ERC has 7 professional divisions and 2 service divisions.
